We had a great time at this hotel which is located in a perfect spot; it was right on the beachfront and close to several shops and restaurants. We found the room was cheap and clean, and had a nice view of the sea. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good with fresh eggs cooked to order. the maid service was also excellent, and they left the room spotless every day. the pool was clean and refreshing, and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles in the room.
There was some issue with sun loungers reserved for certain guests which we noticed the staff did not address very well, despite other positive aspects of the hotel.

Seafood Palate Restaurant, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. Low-budget property not far from Samui International airport. Great place for city trip in Koh Samui

hotel was super good, truth is that we wanted something that was very cool to disconnect the last days of vacation, with a little beach and a pool and we can't complain at all. We arrived late the first night because of the delay in the flight - something very common in Thailand apparently - but nothing at the reception pleasant, with a welcome cocktail and everything without problem. They had even written on a kind of blackboard "Bienvenido Andres RAMIREZ", is a detail. the rooms were very good, perhaps the only flaw was that the artificial light was not enough, right terrace (no view) and comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. swimming pool was excellent, we enjoyed it for a couple of days quite a lot. breakfast is also excellent, complete buffet, best we had in this country. We also enjoyed a massage on the private beach of the hotel and it was a real treat.
As a negative point, I would say that the pool is not controlled and what the hotel guests do is reserve the hammocks with towels and go around, preventing the rest from being able to lie down. I must also say that the beach area disappointed me a little, we go all over the island, I expected much more, I have traveled a lot and I am demanding and beach was not nice (the color of the water especially)

The hotel design and green surroundings were fine, with a unique old-fashioned style. The breakfast had a great variety of European and local food. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby but not too noisy at night. The hotel's beach was wonderful and clean, and the staff was friendly and polite.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

It is convenient for the Lamai Beach which is just a walk through the hotel grounds and the hotel provides umbrellas and chairs to sit on on the beach.
The room was not particularly clean and the shower was immensely weak. It was not the worst hotel during my stay in Thailand but it was the second worse.

The hotel has a very nice restaurant & beach area, and the rooms located in the building are not new but still ok & quite large.
The swimming pool is not big, and not large as the photo may suggest. A few bad points about the air cond. and the fridge, both old & very very noisy: altogether, it's like a "truck engine" in the room ! One bedside lamp didn't work upon check in, and the other one broke down too a few days later; no staff cared about it anyway. Last but not least, & very unpleasant too : the staff couldn't even make a bed correctly, and used a single bedsheet (for a double bed) !

The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to many shops, bars, and restaurants. the hotel was right on the beach with a great restaurant by the water where I enjoyed delicious breakfasts each morning. The hotel was also not too far from the airport, making it easy to get to.

Nice resort. Very good value for money. Good location. The restaurant is on the beach and the breakfast is not bad. Receptionists were very nice. Instant chack-out. Wifi available in entire resort, it's free and works fine. They also have few computers that can be used for internet freely. First night we stayed at a standard double room which was ok (except the bathtub) but I will recommend to stay in standard bugalow instead. Next 7 nights we got free upgrade to the seaside bungalow which was excellent. These few seaside bungalows ware not available via Booked.net (don't know why), but the hotel offers it for about 80e per night, I'm not sure if this good value for money but we enjoyed a lot this free upgrade.

The hotel had a wide range of facilities and amenities that were perfect for a new year getaway. The rooms were clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The location was ideal, situated in close proximity to the beach and key attractions. One of the best aspects was the excellent restaurant which served a variety of tasty dishes at reasonable prices.
The hotel seemed to be slightly outdated and could benefit from some refurbishments. Some areas looked worn out and needed a fresh coat of paint.

Helpfulness of hotel staff, location to beach, value for money
quite noisy in the morning due to staff sweeping outside our room every morning! no generator for when power cuts - just a torch
